My Bellarine Kitchen



An exotic and unusual cake of yoghurt and almonds, lightly perfumed with rosewater and cardamom, think of it as a kind of Middle Eastern cheesecake.

Finished with a fluffy light pink rosewater cream cheese icing, Turkish Delight pieces, rose petals and a sprinkle of pistachios.

Gluten Free.

Ingredients: almond meal, pistachios, brown sugar, spices, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, raw sugar, butter, yoghurt, cream cheese, icing sugar, turkish delight, dried rose petals
