Q: Do you make Gluten Free cakes?
A: Yes, I do have gluten free cakes, however please bear in mind that while I take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, all the cakes are baked in a kitchen where lots of other cakes and treats are baked so it may contain the following allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, soy and wheat (gluten). It is not an exclusively gluten free environment.

Q: Do you make Vegan cakes?
A: Yes, I do have a beautiful Rich Chocolate Cake that is vegan. Please get in touch to have a chat about your requirements.

Q: Can I order custom cakes or make modifications?
A: Yes some customisation is possible, please CONTACT US to have a chat.

Q: How much are your cakes and how many do they serve?
A: All descriptions and pricing information can be found under their headings within the site.

Q: How does delivery work and how much is it?
A:  Dessert Boxes are delivered on Saturdays to selected areas on the Bellarine Peninsula, Torquay, Lara and Geelong. There is a delivery fee for certain areas and this will be charged accordingly at checkout. Pick up is always available from Ocean Grove on Saturday morning.

*PLEASE NOTE: if you have ordered additional items with your Dessert Box, we can deliver them alongside your box. You will need to place the orders for the additional items SEPARATELY as adding them on with the Dessert Box order means you will NOT be able to select delivery.

*We DO NOT as a general rule deliver the cakes/other sweets. If you do need delivery for a particular reason, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can advise you whether it is possible. A delivery fee will apply depending on destination.

Q: How/when/where do I pick up my order?
A: Pickup is from Ocean Grove, Tues-Sat morning or afternoon.

You will be able to select your preferred pick up time when you place your order.(this information is emailed to you after you have placed your order)

Q: How much notice is needed to order?
A: Two business days plus the day you place your order. However if you are needing something at short notice, please get in touch and we will try to help you if we have availability.

Q: Am I able to stop in and buy cakes from you?
A: A small selection of bakes by the slice will be available most days alongside confectionery items such as honeycomb & brittles. Selection will change daily so please call ahead to find out what we have.
