Lemon and Raspberry Layer Cake


A delicious combination of tangy lemon and bursts of raspberries filled and iced with a lemon cream cheese frosting.

Serves 10-12

Ingredients:  Flour, sugar, oil, eggs, yoghurt, vanilla, icing sugar, vanilla, raspberries,  salt raspberry jam (raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla), cream cheese, lemon zest, dried flower petals
