Dark Chocolate Truffle Mousse Cake - (GF)*

Rich chocolate mousse resting on top of a gluten free chocolate cake base. 
Finished with house made meringues and a sprinkle of freeze dried raspberries.

Serves 10-12

Ingredients: gluten free flour, cocoa, brown sugar, caster sugar, eggs, bicarb soda, baking powder, dark chocolate, cream, glucose, salt, egg whites, vanilla, freeze dried raspberries, dairy free margarine, icing sugar
